Individualized Addiction Treatment Planning

We value each client's uniqueness and feel that a treatment plan should reflect the person it is serving. That is why we create an individualized plan for each client. One size does not fit all. A treatment plan is essentially a road map developed by you and us to best serve you.

Our Process

We begin with your list of problems, what you want to work on and what you hope to gain from this experience. It's important to look at your physical, emotional, and behavioral problems because your addiction and co-occurring disorders will likely have caused issues in all areas of your life.

Once our list is created we start to plan. We decide, together with you and our interdisciplinary team what your goals are in reference to the problems. We can’t create a road map without knowing where we are going. We will help you get to where you want to be.

Now we know what the problems are and what the goals are. We will then figure out what your objectives are (specific skills you need to succeed in reaching your goals and overcoming your problems). These skills are definable and tangible. We want to take the guesswork out of you knowing whether you are on the right track.

Then we decide on the interventions necessary to make all this happen. Every part of this process is important. It all leads to a new healthier life. It is also exciting to know that your treatment plan is a joint effort. Your input is as important, if not more, than ours is. It will also change along the way as we all gain more insight into you. We will uncover new or changing issues and will see what interventions work best for you. Your individualized treatment plan is a commitment between us for your well-being. We take our commitments seriously and look forward to helping you create your very own path.
